Years ago, I was working in the restaurant industry, facing financial struggles and uncertain about my future. An opportunity in the pest control field allowed me to remain in customer service while building a more stable and promising career. Not long after entering the pest control industry, my life began to change. Improved finances allowed me to purchase a new car, later a new home, marry my wife Janae, and welcome our two sons, Luke and Grayson. I came to realize that the pest control industry had transformed my life for the better—and it was the loyalty of customers in need of service that made this possible, ultimately inspiring me to start my own company. My faith in people and their desire for quality service has brought me to this point, and we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to embark on this successful business journey."

Mark received his education and training from one of the largest pest control companies in the nation, which has since grown into a corporate conglomerate. Seeking a return to his roots, he chose to join a family-owned and operated business once again—prioritizing lower overhead and building closer, more personal relationships with customers. Mark’s continuing education includes multiple correspondence courses from Purdue University in Wood-Destroying Insects and Pest Management Operations. As an owner/operator, he is committed to building lasting relationships with both homeowners and business owners by delivering exceptional customer service with a personal touch. He believes that working with the same trusted professional over the years fosters friendships and connections that go beyond standard business practices.
